Billing, Payment and Refund Information

When you submit a payment on the Seat4Sale Website, you are authorizing Seat4Sale, LLC to charge your credit card, or to debit your bank account, for the amount(s) indicated, and, if necessary, electronically credit the account to correct erroneous debits. All payment information provided must be truthful and accurate and must be provided by the owner or authorized signer of the credit card or bank account. You may be charged a fee (up to the maximum permitted by law) if your payment is dishonored or returned for non-sufficient funds by your credit card company or financial institution. If payment is denied or is unsuccessful for any reason, your order may be terminated. Charges will appear on your statement as "Seat4Sale, LLC”.  Drivers that are Texas state residents will be required to pay sales tax on all transactions.

Generally, Seat4Sale, LLC does not provide any refunds. We are a marketplace that brokers the online rental of race seats. Individual Team Owners may offer their own separate refund policy. If you do make a purchase on the Website where a refund is possible, then refunds will be settled according to any relevant terms or as required by law. Refunds may be returned by check.

Termination

We may without prior notice and in our sole discretion, terminate your access and use of the Site or any Services if:

• we determine you have violated these Terms;
• we receive a request from an authority or governmental agency; or
• we determine continued operation of the Site is not economically feasible or could cause harm or damage to us, you or any other third-party.
